Simplifying tips

My theme this year continues to be simplifying my business, life, commitments and expectations, which is also  a recurring theme I am hearing from my clients.

Each week I will be offering a simplifying tip that is easy to implement and start using right away. Will they all be earth shattering and deeply profound? No, probably not, but… as you start simplifying one step, task or project at a time you will soon find that each step takes you in the right direction and will help you stop feeling such a sense of overwhelm and start to feel more in control.

What areas of your life or business would you like to simplify?

How to find and work with a VA – a new teleseminar

On Thursday, I had the honor of being asked to participate in a teleseminar with one of my clients. As a coach he consistently runs into consultants who are trying to do it all on their own and feeling overwhelmed and burned out in the process.

Sound familiar?

He also gets quite a few questions on how he can run his business and start a new project up at the same time, his answer? Working with a VA (great answer don’t you think ;)

The next question is of course… how do you work with a VA and how do I find one?

These questions and more will be answered on July 16th (exact time… TBA shortly). What I would like to find out however is, what questions do you have about working with a VA or finding a VA? What topics would you like to have covered in a teleseminar like this?

I want to create an information packed call that gives you all sorts of juicy tidbits and ideas on how to get you out of overwhelm with the help of a VA.

Leave a comment here or email me with your questions and suggestions. I can’t wait to hear!

Life is short

So much news today about Michael Jackson, Farrah Fawcett and a few days ago Ed McMahon. It is a striking reminder, that life is short and we need to make the most of it.

A few weeks ago the lives of my younger sister and her family were forever changed with the diagnosis of breast cancer. The month of June has been a wake up call for me personally.

Reminding me that

  • Life is short – do something you love!
  • Your health is your responsibility – fight for the answers you need, be persistent until you are are confident the doctors are listening to you
  • This is no time to be complacent. Move forward, use the time you have to go for it and follow your dream.
  • One of my favorite quotes will never go out of Style! “It is never to late to be who you were meant to be!”

As I ponder my business, where it is now, where I would like it go I keep hearing in the back of my head, life is short! Make the most of it.

Are you making the most of it? Are you following your dream?

It is NEVER to late to start, of that I am convinced.
