Just finished – this book is one that will literally change your life and way of thinking. It is changing mine! In fact in September 2010 I am going to Don’s conference here in Portland, Oregon. I can’t wait!

Rework
Now I’m on to… Rework from the founders of 37signals. So far I’m really enjoying it, a refreshing look at the great opportunity we have as “starters” (not entrepreneurs as the authors say) to control growth in order stay agile and flexible enough to meet the changing needs of the marketplace.
